• This prime (strategic) location offers a competitive advantage in an increasingly congested Houston Ship Channel, resulting in a meaningful per barrel discount compared to vessels electing to traverse the additional 40 plus miles inland in the Houston Ship Channel.
Estimated vessel transport time would be reduced by up to six (6) hours in each direction, mitigating substantial demurrage costs.
• The project contemplates two greenfield pipeline options, the Speed Junction Pipeline and the Nederland Pipeline, which could be constructed to connect supply sources in the Pasadena, Texas.
• Site could accommodate 3 MM BBIs of storage, marine terminal and related docking, port and off-take facilities.
