This new Industrial Development across from the Amazon 2.6MM SF Distribution Center in Landings Logistics Center is slated to break ground in Q4 2024. The new Development will consist of nine (9) standalone industrial buildings with private concrete yards and will be constructed by Erwin & Essie Trust. Buildings 1, 7, and 9 will have recessed truck wells and all buildings will have ground-level rollup doors. All buildings will have heavy power, insulated roofs and professional elevations.
