TPA Group is developing a 157,500 SF Class A warehouse in McAllen, TX's new McAllen South Industrial Park. The Class A facility will feature state-of-the-art building specifications including concrete tilt-wall construction, 32' clear height and 185' deep truck courts. The Project will be delivered with modern logistics specifications preferred by users in the market, including interior LED lighting, edge of dock levelers, ESFR fire protection system, and a ~2,400 SF spec office. The site's prime location offers tenants easy access to McAllen's three International Bridges, the McAllen International Airport, and the Foreign Trade Zone. The building is set for completion in Q4 2025.
