Built by the International Wool Secretariat in 1968, the Grade 11 listed building offers a wealth of heritage, depicted by the impressive 'Story of Wool' mural designed by artist William George Mitchell, which wraps around the building entrance.
The building offers high quality office accommodation, set within landscaped grounds, along with designated on site parking.
The first and second floors of the West Wing of the building have recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment.
A further refurbishment of second floor East Wing is currently in the works, expected to be ready for occupation from May 2025.
IDC will be providing office space from 100 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft of contemporary and flexible workspace.
