The available commercial sites at Nexus at DIA include both “ready to build” sites and sites currently being finished and completed for delivery in 2023. Water, sewer, gas, and power are generally provided by the Nexus at DIA or DIA Tech Center to or adjacent to each parcel. Most storm water detention is handled off-site at Nexus at DIA facilities, so the building area on each lot is maximized. Each new landowner is responsible for allon-site development from the back of the curb adjacent to their lot. All lots in Nexus at DIA are developed under the Nexus at DIA Design guidelines and covenants, ensuring only quality developments.
