The development for the Site encompasses an addition of a four-storey residential boutique building thoughtfully designed to include the former historical church. The Project comprises 70 condominium units which includes 4 townhouses, and 66 units of which 15 units are located within the retained church. The church’s architectural style features arched stained glass windows with a brick façade which will be retained for the sanctuary units creating lofts on the fourth floor with the original sanctuary roof. The church’s placement alongside the new building will form an internal landscaped courtyard that serves as an entrance to the residential complex. Furthermore, select units on the ground floor and fourth floor will feature outdoor terraces, providing spacious living areas with neighbourhood views.
