Skyking Logitics Center, when complete will feature 5 industrial buildings proposed to be built in two phases. Phase I includes of 3 buildings ranging in size from ±95,099 SF to ±145,180 SF and divisible to suites as small as ±15,850 SF. Phase II includes of 2 buildings measuring ±233,806 SF and  ±224,683 SF and divisible to suite as small as ±56,170 SF. The park is located at the corner of Skyking Dr and Metro Air Parkway, minutes off of Interstate 5.
