• The apparent zoning is Open Space (OS). It is of the appraiser’s opinion that the subject property should be re-zoned to Residential (R2) but, would need
to be petitioned at the Anne Arundel County Zoning & Planning Board and is not guaranteed to be re-zoned. All zoning and use determinations will be
made by Anne Arundel County, Maryland. State Highway Administration (SHA) offers no warranty as to zoning or permitted use.
• SHA considers the highest and best use of the subject property would be for development of both parcels as standalone single-family residential
