The site is located one parcel to the south of the SEC of Fowler and South Avenue and fronts onto Fowler Avenue. This location is to the east of K. Hovnanian’s most recent subdivision now under construction and close to parks, and Freeway 99 access. A new school is planned on the NWC of South Avenue and Sunnyside Avenue.
