The LeRoy Food & Tech Park, located in the Town of LeRoy, is a 75 acre park (can be increased to 200 acres) located three miles from the New York State Thruway. The park is an ideal spot for food and beverage manufacturing, energy projects, distribution, warehouse, and high-tech manufacturing. The park has the right mix of utilities to support Distribution Centers to large-scale manufacturing and is only 20 minutes outside of Rochester and again only 3 miles to Interstate 90 on truck route 19.
