198+/- vacant acres zoned C1, C2, and R1 with a 33 acre pond formally Rocky Glen Amusement Park which was founded in 1904. All previous structures have been demolished and this captivating property is a blank slate waiting to be developed. Currently, the pond is in a drawdown status as we work with the local Department of Environmental Protection to upgrade the over 100 year old dam that was declared unsafe.
