Plantings: +/- 115.9 Acres of Monterey (25%), Fritz (25%), and Nonpareil (50%) Planted in 2006 and 2009.  +/- 21.6 Acres of Cara Cara Navel Oranges planted in 2001. The citrus block is equipped with two operational propane powered wind machines.  * The orchards have not been farmed since the 2022 harvest and the trees need to be removed.  Surface Water: The property is located within the Kaweah Delta Water Conservation District. The property does not receive or have access to surface water. Irrigation: The orchards are equipped with a screen filter station and booster pump that feeds a micro-sprinkler irrigation system.
