7 Bridge at Riverlights will consists of two phases. Phase 1 is designed for 50,000+ square feet of restaurant, retail, medical and office. The project is focused on access from the heavily utilized River Road as well as walkability for the exploding residential population of River Lights. 7 Bridge will create a new commercial hub for shopping, dining, fitness and professional services.
