The overall approved project consists of 18 condominium units (6-plex and 12-plex) with ground floor parking and 1 & 2 bedroom units above (approx. 1100 to 1300 SF each). There will be two structures (2-story and 3-story) and 12 total parking spaces. Based on the underlying General Plan a gross calculated density of 20.81 units, when paired with State Density Bonus up to a total of 32 units could be achieved (29 market rate + 3 very low affordable)
