Zeke Rowan

Zeke Rowan is a Senior Associate in the Industrial Brokerage Services Group, based in the firm’s suburban Chicago office located in Rosemont, Illinois. Zeke offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant/buyer/owner representation, built-to-suit and development projects, as well as investment acquisition and disposition services. Zeke’s primary area of focus is the North I-55 corridor, South Chicago, South Suburbs and NW Indiana. Zeke works primarily on a team with Adam Haefner and Marty Mikaitis. Prior to joining Avison Young, Zeke spent his first four years in industrial real estate working for Darwin Realty where he completed transaction totaling over 2.3 million square feet and over $36 million dollars since 2015. Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Zeke spent several years in Dallas, Texas selling forklifts and material handling equipment for Sunbelt Industrial Trucks. Mr. Rowan studied at the University of Illinois where he also earned a Varsity Letter in Wrestling.
