Zander Rodriguez
Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation.
Zander was born in San Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling. After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Kum & Go. In regards to landlord representation Zander has worked with Drake Real Estate Services, Miller Real Estate Services, Lowrie Investments, Huntington Holdings, Inc. and Ranch Capital, LLC. On his free time Zander enjoys the outdoors from fishing to shooting competitively along with playing golf and traveling.
