Zack Hayes

Zack is a client-focused real estate professional with over 20 years of strategic retail management experience. He grew up in Northern California and moved down to San Diego for college where he graduated from San Diego State University with a BS degree in Kinesiology in 2005. Zack started his professional career at Sleep Train where he gained valuable experience in the retail world and shaped his path into Real Estate. During his tenure at Sleep Train Zack put his skills to use working in the San Diego, Bay Area, Central Valley, and Sacramento markets growing the retail brand over the next 15 years. From there Zack made the transition into full time commercial real estate to join us here at the Capital Rivers team along with fellow Sleep Train Alumni Greg Aguirre and Ryan Orn. Zack is committed to exceeding his clients expectations and helping them reach their goals. His experience has taught him that each client is different resulting in a uniquely tailored approach and a deep level of understanding to achieve desired results. Zack is always available and ready to help when needed no matter the day or time with his goal being the highest quality of service to each and every one of his clients.
