Zack Brough

Moison Investment Company Zack Brough joined Moison Investment Company as Sales Associate in 2002. He is a specialist in San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma County apartment buildings. His area of expertise includes property marketing, property value analysis, rent control legislation and property management. Prior Experience Mr. Brough has worked in the field of investment real estate continuously since 1997 where he began his career at Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco. He then spent four years with Arroyo & Coates Inc. where he represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of various multifamily projects ranging from 4-plex's to 246-unit luxury apartment communities in primarily San Francisco and Sacramento Counties. Other Experience Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Mr. Brough worked as an outside sales representative in the graphics art industry. He later worked as an outside sales representative for an internet company that sold (and still does) aircraft over the internet. Education and Background Mr. Brough earned a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1995.
