Zack’s primary focus is selling and leasing industrial/R&D properties along the 880/580 corridor (Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Richmond, San Leandro, Hayward). Representing both tenants and building owners. Prior to joining the Lee & Associates Oakland office Zack worked in Los Angeles with Lee & Associates Investment Services Group where he gained valuable real estate and business experience. Zack grew up in Lafayette and attended Acalanes High School. He’s an East Bay native with an acute awareness of changes and market trends in the surrounding areas. Zack graduated from the University of Arizona where he studied economics and regional development.
