Zachary Ota

Zachary joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services after 5 years at CBRE. He specializes in the leasing, acquisition and sales of properties throughout Tacoma and the greater Southend market. Zachary graduated from University of Washington’s Milgard School of Business in Tacoma in 2017, where he received his B.A. in Business Administration in just three years. While in school he worked at his family’s property management and development company, G & K Ota Family LLC, performing the duties of Account Manager and Property Manager. Here, he was responsible for assisting in real estate acquisitions, accounts receivable, accounts payable and daily operations of the company.
