Zachary Nathan

Zach Nathan is a Senior Vice President in Colliers International’s New York Retail Group. He markets available retail space for both owners and developers and represents local, regional, and international brands searching for flagship and strategically positioned retail locations in New York City. He joined Colliers in August 2017. Zach has more than eight years of experience in the New York market and has become a trusted and accomplished leasing agent. He has successfully represented a host of clients including institutional, public, private and other property owners and developers in marketing space and identifying tenants who add value to all kinds of assets. Zach has leased space to financial institutions, fitness organizations, fashion brands, telecommunications giants, cultural institutions and international restaurant conglomerates. Zach is currently involved with several agency assignments. A select few include the repositioning of 675 8th Avenue, which is currently undergoing a $100 Million re-development. He is also instrumental in the leasing of the former Times Square Theater, a 52,000 square foot, free-standing, $150 million re-development; and the leasing of 1530 Broadway, the most trafficked intersection in the Times Square Bow Tie, with 20,000 square feet remaining. As tenant representative, Zach has advised restaurants, fashion brands, fitness operators and international concepts on defining methods for success in an evolving retail environment and leveraging opportunities for optimal space in the competitive New York Market.
