My parents started our brokerage in 2005. I began working part time during college (USF), until I finished and went full time in 2015. I am currently a broker associate at the company, transitioning to become the broker/owner shortly. We are a full-service brokerage, and we treat everyone fairly and with respect. Our (seller paid) commissions are under 4% and we do not charge buyers any form of commissions or “junk” fees. We are a very successful brokerage for many years doing things right – and at a discounted price!
