Zachary Caine joined Newmark in 2018 and currently serves as an Associate Director in the firm’s El Segundo office. Mr. Caine specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the Greater Los Angeles area. Mr. Caine’s diverse background provides him with a well-rounded approach that benefits his clients’ strategic goals in a variety of sectors, including technology, entertainment and media. Mr. Caine advises office tenants on creating flexible and cost-effective real estate solutions. His team’s vast market knowledge and local expertise helps clients manage risk, enhance value and reduce costs while contributing to their goals of attracting and retaining talent. Prior to his career in brokerage, Mr. Caine was an Account Executive at Intuit, responsible for helping businesses grow revenue, improve client retention and manage operations. Mr. Caine also served as Account Manager at Virtuagym, an international organization, as well as a Consultant at Blu Home.
