Zach Rogers

Zach Rogers is a Houston native and 5th generation Texan and a 2012 graduate of Baylor University where he earned a BBA in Entrepreneurship and served as the Student Body President. Zach paid his way through college in direct sales by selling CUTCO knives. Prior to joining Foldetta Commercial, Zach worked in business development for Latin America markets in international consumer goods trading with McLane Global, however, a passion for small business paved the way for him to own and operate a nationally franchised childcare for nearly 5 years before selling in 2019. Successfully developing, operating and then selling a small business enhances Zach’s capacity for consultative representation for tenants, buyers, landlords, sellers and investors. Zach specializes in office and industrial tenant and buyer representation in addition to income producing real estate where he is passionate about developing relationships and creating value for his clients through financial analysis, market knowledge and a client-first mentality. Although Zach greatly enjoys serving his clients, his greatest joy is to pursue his relationship with the Lord, his wife and 3 children. Zach and his wife have attended WoodsEdge Community Church since 2012 where they serve as Directors of Foundation Groups Marriage Ministry. In addition to time with family, Zach enjoys golf, hunting and travel.
