Zach Noble

Zach’s first taste of real estate dates back to 2010. As a sophomore attending the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Zach spent his Thanksgiving with the family of his mentor-to-be and now business partner, Dave Hazenfield. It was there where he was recruited to accept a summer internship, working alongside Dave at a small, boutique industrial real estate firm in Milwaukee, WI. Upon graduating in 2012, Zach accepted a full-time brokerage position, where he would spend the next ten years of his career, eventually earning the role of Partner & Shareholder. In February 2022, Zach teamed up with close friends and industry colleagues to launch Twelve2 Commercial Group. Zach and the Twelve2 team understand the importance of listening to their clients, paying close attention to the details, and always responding in a timely fashion. Zach specializes in sales, leasing, and development of industrial, commercial, and self-storage properties. Combining his work ethic with a passion for real estate, Zach serves as an effective advocate for his clients.
