Zach Brenner

Zach serves as an Associate in Newmark’s Rutherford office for the Industrial Advisory Group. He concentrates on the industrial sector, focusing primarily on tenant representation. Zach is responsible for assisting senior-level real estate professionals in developing relationships and serving the needs of local/national prospective customers. Prior to joining Newmark, Zach worked for Transwestern in both the New Jersey and New York offices where he worked closely with team leaders in Agency Leasing, Asset Services, Occupier Solutions, and Research. He worked alongside senior brokers in day-to-day activities including tenant walkthroughs, canvassing and stacking buildings, in addition to producing surveys and tour books tailored to client’s specific requirements. Zach is a graduate of Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business where he earned a BS in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance.
