Zach Boze

Zach Boze graduated from Carson-Newman University in May 2023 where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management. He was also a part of the University baseball program where he was a 4-year starter at 3rd base. Zach Boze joined CBRE in the summer of 2022 as an intern under Elizabeth Goodwin where he served on the project management team. His daily tasks included pulling research from CoStar, managing excel files, and overseeing the construction of current projects. Fast forward to June 2023, Zach returned to CBRE to pursue a career in Retail Brokerage. He is currently working under Paul Gaither’s team as an affiliate broker specializing in retail investment sales and leasing.
