Yves Bradley

Yves Bradley has established himself as one of the premier commercial real estate brokers in Vermont. He has been actively involved in the profession since 2004. Yves graduated from the University of Vermont in 1985 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in History and has been a resident of Burlington since 1981. He currently is a member of the Burlington Planning Commission, is on the board of H.O.P.E. Works, the Howard Center, and CCREA, and is the outgoing ICSC government relations chair for the state of Vermont. Yves is a graduate of the Leadership Champlain Class of 2008, and of the Chamber and Champlain College’s Excellence in Executive Leadership (ExCel) inaugural program in 2010. He has two children, Will, who is studying Political Science at Concordia in Montreal, and Ethan, who is a senior at BHS. He and his partner, Kerin Durfee live on North Avenue in Burlington.
