Yulia Chegodaeva

Yulia Chegodaeva was born and raised in Russia. While there Yulia attended Penza State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Law. During her time in college, at only 18 years old, Yulia opened her own real estate company. This is where her interest in Real Estate began. After she moved to the United States she went to Los Angeles Trade – Technical College where she continued to gain more knowledge of the Real Estate Business. Yulia joined Global Commercial Real Estate in 2015 as a DRE Licensed Sales Associate specializing in commercial, industrial, office and retail sales and leasing. After a few years Yulia became a licensed Sales Broker. She knew she wanted to further herself and her career. In 2018 Yulia took the next step and opened up her own Company and Brokerage, Royal Real Estate. She is known by clients and colleagues alike for her tenacity, perseverance, honesty and fairness. She has quickly gained recognition in the field. Yulia prides herself for ensuring a quick and timely response to each client’s needs and concerns. Her telephone and email are always at hand.
