Yoav Sarraf is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and investments. As Founder and CEO of Creation Partners, a diversified investment firm based in Los Angeles, Yoav leads the company’s efforts across real estate, media, technology, and ancillary industries. Yoav has also served as Managing Partner at Concord Companies, where for 15 years he played a pivotal role in the company's strategic growth and was instrumental in launching its investment arm, Concord Capital Partners. His deep expertise in real estate investments has enabled him to consistently identify unique opportunities and unlock significant value. Over the course of his career, Yoav has overseen and executed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to his tenure at Concord, Yoav gained valuable experience in commercial real estate investment, development, and management with Brighton Holdings, a diversified private investment firm. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Yoav is also actively involved in various leadership and board roles with The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, Sinai Temple & Sinai Akiba Academy, among many other professional and philanthropic organizations.
