Yasushi Shiromi, a commercial real estate industry veteran specializing in Pacific Rim clients, joined The Klabin Company in 2019 as Senior Vice President. Yasushi has focused on the Greater Southern California market for the past three decades and represents some of the most prominent Japanese companies in the region. He is widely recognized as a strategic consultant and a trusted advisor. As a commercial real estate professional, his almost 33-year career includes negoti-ating lease, sublease, purchase and sale transactions for clients such as Hotta Liesenberg Saito LLP, Mitsui Soko, Panasonic Disc Service Corporation, Pentel of America, Toyota Tsusho America Inc., Hankyu Hanshin Express (USA), Dentsu Entertainment (USA), NNR Global Logistics USA, ANA Real Estate, Transcosmos America, Inc., and the Japan Business Association. Prior to The Klabin Company, Shiromi worked at Newmark Knight Frank for more than seven years. During his career, he has also held positions at Grubb & Ellis and The Seeley/Colliers International. He is a member of Japan Business Association and the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). He immigrated to the United States in 1981 and he and his wife have lived in Redondo Beach ever since.
