Yaacov grew up in Jerusalem and studied at Israel Mevasert Zion High School Of The Arts. Upon graduating, he served for 3 years in the IDF in an infantry unit and finished his service with honors. He formed The P&R Group In August of 2020 to service and help his clients. He came from a real estate family and is proud to be a third-generation Realtor with over 7 years under his belt. Moving to Miami, he first started with property management and quickly made the switch into sales. In his first year, he was already involved in several real estate transactions gaining over 12 Million dollars in gross sales. His niche territory is Miami Beach, especially multi-family properties and hotels. He really enjoy how real estate has connected him to so many new and interesting people and being able to help them reach their personal and investments goals.
