Wren Hutchinson

Wren Hutchinson is a native of Summerville, SC and a proud family man. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Wren learned the value of hard work early while helping operate his family's body shop, car lot, and gas station. His entrepreneurial spirit showed up young, even running his own snow cone stand at just 12 years old. Before entering real estate, Wren managed the family gas station and later partnered with his grandfather in a business focused on buying and selling restaurant equipment. Following his grandfather's passing, Wren made the transition into real estate in 2015, which became his true passion. Since becoming licensed, Wren has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes throughout the Charleston area while leading one of the region's top-producing real estate teams. Known for his strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client service, Wren believes every transaction deserves the same level of care and dedication he would give his own family. Faith, Family, and Legacy are the principles that guide both his life and business. In 2022, Wren lost his father, Hutch, who was not only his dad but also his commercial real estate partner. Today, Wren proudly carries on the family legacy alongside his mother, Lisa Hutchinson, and aunt, Julia Clifton, who are both members of the Hutchinson + Associates team. When he is not serving clients, Wren enjoys golf, aviation, cigars, boating, karate, traveling, and making memories with his wife, Kayla Hutchinson, and their daughters, Brinkley and Kinsley. Married to his high school sweetheart since 2011, Wren understands that a home is more than just a property, it is where life's most important moments happen.
