Wilson Brown

Wilson joined HPI in 2026 as an Executive Managing Director to oversee industrial leasing and management as well as capital deployment and business development initiatives related to industrial real estate in the Dallas Fort Worth market. He brings 15 years of industrial expertise, most recently as a Senior Vice President with CBRE. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to institutional owners, local investors, and tenants, executing leasing strategies across millions of square feet of industrial product. A Dallas native, Wilson holds a BA in Government from the University of Texas. Wilson lives in Dallas with his wife, Christin, and their three daughters.
