For the past 22 years Bill Young has specialized in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate in the Southwest Florida Market focusing on Developments, Investments, Landlord and Tenant Representation. From Land Purchase, development of the site, leasing up and sale of the asset, Bill has firsthand experience in the market with many years of Construction and Retail Knowledge. Bill has been involved with the development of 4 Shopping Centers in the Naples market, from ground up construction. Working on, pre-leasing, outparcel sales, full lease up of the asset and sale of the asset. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Bill was a Senior Vice President with CRE Consultants (Previously CB Richard Ellis) on the Retail Team for 17 Years. He is consistently one of the Top Five producers each year and has been named Costar Power Broker several times over his career. Bill was also affiliated with a local Industrial Developer, closing real estate transactions including Investments, Land Sales and Leasing. He moved to Southwest Florida in 1981 and has observed and participated in the tremendous growth throughout the area, working in the construction field until 1987. In 1987, Bill joined the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company and spent the next 10 years in various Food and Beverage management positions. After a successful career with the Ritz, Bill opened the BC Deli a Breakfast-Lunch and Dinner Establishment. He ran the deli for six years, sold it and went into commercial real estate. With many years of local market knowledge, Construction experience, Professionalism from the Ritz, and years of doing developments, Bill is well-suited to handle all of your commercial real estate needs.
