William Woltz

William graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration. After graduation, he worked as an investment banking analyst in SG Cowen’s High Yield Bond and Leveraged Finance Group in New York City. Before joining Triad Commercial, William traveled the world as an Executive Vice President for Perry Manufacturing, a global apparel company with over 5,000 employees in the United States, Central America, Asia and Africa. William specializes in building relationships with clients and tailors how he conducts, analyzes, and negotiates real estate to match each client’s goals and corporate culture. He enjoys playing golf, music, hunting, and spending time with his wife and three sons.
