William White
William joined White Oak Commercial in September 2015 after spending three years in Denver, Colorado. In Denver, William worked for Transwestern Commercial Services in the asset management department. William gained invaluable experience handling class-A office buildings, industrial warehouses and retail shopping centers. In addition to running White Oak’s property management division, William obtained his broker’s license upon returning to Raleigh and now specializes in both buyer and seller representation, as well as tenant and landlord leasing. William graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2012 and is a Tar Heel born and Tar Heel bred. He enjoys playing and watching sports in his free time, spending time on the coast and playing with his golden retriever, Cheese.
