Bill Shrader, Principal of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC, brings an extensive background as a Corporate Real Estate Executive to the brokerage community. His transactional focus includes industrial landlord and tenant representation as well as site selection and investor acquisitions. Bill’s retail background is a benefit to clients looking to diversify their retail portfolios either through acquisitions or redevelopment. Bill has prepared and implemented strategic real estate plans for nearly 400 Ahold USA locations. Originally focused in Central Pennsylvania, his background in site identification, evaluation and development allowed a smooth transition into the D.C. market. Bill's extensive knowledge in Corporate Real Estate Strategies, Lease Negotiations and Project Permitting is well known to landlords, developers and co-tenants across the Mid-Atlantic Region. Since joining Lee & Associates, Bill has been able to support institutional clients by providing a "user" perspective while also supporting users by leveraging his prior experience.
