William Shell

William Shell focuses on tenant representation and agency leasing in the state of Tennessee. He is responsible for the development and implementation of merchandising and leasing strategies based on ownership’s goals for their asset. Mr. Shell has a thorough understanding of marketing, negotiations and development which provides value to his clients to effectively develop and execute targeted growth initiatives. As a native Nashvillian with thirteen years of retail brokerage experience specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation Mr. Shell has a thorough understanding of the Tennessee retail market. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Shell was a senior broker at Centennial Retail Services in Nashville, TN where he focused on tenant representation and agency leasing. Additionally, Mr. Shell has been actively involved in the disposition of assets for both retailers and institutional owners. Costar Power Broker award winner 2010 – 2017. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a CCIM candidate.
