He has served and partnered with numerous California cities, counties, and public agencies on projects across the Golden State, ranging in size from $1 million to $125 million. William now focuses on private real estate development. He uses his unique experience working alongside public entities to deliver thoughtful, high-quality commercial projects that aim to optimally serve their users while integrating with their surrounding communities. William holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. William is licensed as a Professional Engineer in California, Arizona, Oregon, and Hawaii.
