ABOUT

Mr. William ("Bill") Montrose is a Principal and one of the founders of AMR Commercial, LLC. He has been a licensed Salesperson in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia since 1989 and began in commercial real estate in 1989 at Colquitt-Carruthers, Inc. where he remained until 1994 when he and two partners founded AMR. He specializes in leasing and sales. Bill has exclusively represented landlords such as The Bernstein Companies, Home Properties, Atlantic Realty, Ronald D. Paul Management, Royco, Inc., and Peel Properties. Tenant representation clients include United Therapeutics, MicroTechnologies, SurgCenter Development, Preventuon of Blindess Sociey of Washington D.C. and EagleBank. Medical landlord and medical tenant representation are also a focal point in leasing and selling activities. Bill presently serves as Chairman and has served from 2008 – 2016 on the Board of Directors of the CORE Real Estate Network which is nationally raked as 8th largest commercial real estate company by sales and leasing transaction dollar value. He graduated from Catholic University of America in 1987 and is a life long resident of Montgomery County, Maryland.
