William Mills

William Mills joined Trinity Partners in 2019 as a Senior Brokerage Associate with expertise in representing investors and owners of commercial real estate assets in the Columbia Metropolitan Area. During the course of his 8-year career, William cultivated his professional knowledge to specialize in the leasing and sales of single and multi-tenant retail and office properties. William graduated from Wofford College with a B.A. in Economics and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). William established himself as an up and coming industry leader at Newmark Wilson Kibler, Inc. where he successfully completed over 200 transactions in excess of $50 million. In 2016, William achieved recognition from the CoStar Group as the Top Retail Leasing Agent for total square footage transacted in the Columbia market.
