William A. Lenaz (Bill) has been in the Retail Real Estate industry for over 30 years serving the tri-state area including New Jersey, Staten Island, Long Island, and Westchester and Rockland Counties of New York. Dealing exclusively with retailers, shopping centers and land, he is known for his profound expertise, work ethic and credibility. Bill has extensive knowledge in completing complex retail transactions including new developments and existing centers. He is responsible for the leasing of over 1 million square feet of retail shopping centers which include tenants such as Whole Foods, Best Buy, P.C. Richard & Son, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, Barnes & Noble, ALDI, Trader Joe’s, and many others. Bill has also completed countless transactions with best-in-class pad site users that include Chase Bank, Walgreens, Wawa, Starbucks, and Chick-fil-A among many others. Additionally, he has been responsible for the completion of over 40 full-service restaurant transactions.
