William Lattimore is the 4th generation in his family to practice real estate with over 15 years of experience in the Savannah, Georgia market. He is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, Inc, specializing in industrial and logistics, with a primary focus on landlord representation of bulk distribution centers. Lattimore has completed assignments totaling over $750 million in consideration, including over 10 million SF of warehouse leasing in the last 4 years.
