William Kilborn

William Kilborn is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Atlanta. His primary focus is representing tenants in the marketing, leasing and subleasing of office space in metro Atlanta, as well as real estate investment analysis and strategic planning for owners and tenants. Some of his current clients include Grant Thornton, the Airline Pilots Association, Kraft Foods and Manning Selvage and Lee. Mr. Kilborn was most recently a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he had been for the past 18 years, first in the Chicago office, then in Atlanta. One of the top tenant brokers at Cushman & Wakefield, he also focused on tenant representation for clients such as Cellnet Holding Corp., Radiant Systems, Inc. and Rabobank Group, to name a few. He earned a BBA in finance and real estate from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Kilborn has been a member of the Million Dollar Club every year since 1995. He is active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, as well as on the Ansley Golf Club Membership Committee, and Shepherd Spinal Center Junior Fundraising Committee. He is also a member of the Nine O’clocks and the First Tee Organization in Atlanta. He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Illinois.
