William Holly

William Holly is the President of Patton Real Estate, a Miami-based, full-service commercial real estate firm. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in Florida, Mr. Holly was recognized in 2013 as the Leasing Agent of the Year in Miami by the Building Owners and Management Association. He also was awarded the Office Building Sale of the Year in 2014 by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Holly plays an active role in the South Florida Community. He is a founding shareholder of Florida Gulf Bank and Coral Gables Trust. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Gateway Chapter. He is also the current Chairman of the Board for the Patton Real Estate Foundation. Mr. Holly is the past Chairman of the Ransom Everglades Board of Trustees, the past President of the Brickell Area Association and the past Chairman of the Historical Museum of Southern Florida (History Miami). Mr. Holly has served as a councilman on the Coconut Grove Village Council (1999, 2000) and is the past Senior Warden at St. Phillips Church in Coral Gables.
