William J. Hirschfeld is a Senior Director in the Commercial Brokerage Division. He specializes in the representation of tenants in the structuring and negotiation of their leases, as well as the representation of landlords of major high-rise office buildings. Mr. Hirschfeld is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Tenant Advisory Group. Mr. Hirschfeld joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1989 and has always specialized in Philadelphia’s Central Business District. A consistent top performer, Mr. Hirschfeld is one of the top producers at Cushman & Wakefield nationwide, and has been recognized as the Top Producer-Philadelphia for five separate years. Mr. Hirschfeld received the National Service Excellence Award as the single highest rated broker out of approximately 1,000 Cushman & Wakefield brokers nationwide based on client feedback scores. Mr. Hirschfeld has completed significant tenant representation assignments for Ernst & Young, the former CoreStates Financial Corp, Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, PaineWebber, Deutsche Banc Alex.Brown, Willis Re, AT&T, Hewitt Associates, Health Net, Dorland Global Communications, Huntsworth Health, General Electric, First American Title Insurance Company, and Verizon. He has also been responsible for negotiating leases on behalf of the owners of some of Philadelphia’s finest Class A high-rise office towers, including One Liberty Place, Bell Atlantic Tower, Two Logan Square, and 1600 Market Street. Mr. Hirschfeld earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hirschfeld earned and maintains the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
