William Gunn

Bill has more than five decades of real estate experience. His deep knowledge of brokering transactions of various complexities and extensive market expertise ensures his clients are served optimally. With a longstanding track record in Birmingham and beyond, Bill has earned a solid reputation as a seasoned and trustworthy CRE expert. Bill began his career with Molton Allen and Williams and subsequently purchased, with partners, the real estate division of the company. He remained with the firm through its acquisition by JH Berry in 1986. Bill is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. He is a lifetime member of the Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club. Bill attended the University of Montevallo and The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Bill is a member of the Sunrise Rotary Club and Briarwood Presbyterian Church. He enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors waterskiing, horseback riding and hunting.
