William Gregg

William Gregg joined Wilson Kibler in 2017 as a property management associate. Mr. Gregg previously served as a residential sales and leasing agent for a Columbia-based property management firm. Before starting a career in property management, Mr. Gregg worked as a business systems analyst, Credit Manager, and Continuous Process Improvement analyst for Blanchard Machinery Company, the SC dealer of Caterpillar Equipment. William works with many clients in the development of QSR, industrial, special-use assets. He enjoys working with clients on value-add opportunities. He is Landlord of Industrial, retail, office, and multifamily assets and so understands the details involved in each type of transaction as well as the management of those assets.
