William Eshenbaugh

Active in brokerage and land development in the Tampa Bay area for more 35 years, Bill has weathered and prospered through several real estate cycles and has a keen ability to see and forecast trends ahead of the curve. Tenacity and a fervent passion for the business have earned him the nickname, “The Dirt Dog.” Bill is a frequent industry speaker, teacher and active board member of multiple associations. He has been a director or officer in most of the major real estate organizations in Tampa, and has been honored with numerous “Broker of the Year” and "Top Producer" awards over his 35+ career. Most recent are FGCAR Top Regional Land Producer for 2022, 2021, 2019, 2018; FGCAR Pinnacle Award "Brokerage Firm of the Year", 2019. RLI Apex Top 20 National Producer Award, 2022, 2021, 2019, 2018 RLI Apex Award Top Residential Land Sales Nationwide 2022 RLI Apex Award, Top Land Sales Nationwide 2022 FGCAR 2022 Land Deal of The Year Award NAIOP 2021 Land Deal of The Year Award As a past instructor for the Realtor Land Institute, Bill has co-authored and taught multiple courses including "Site Selection-Finding the Best Sites" and "Land 101-Fundamentals of Land Brokerage" throughout the United States. He was recently inducted into the RLI National Educator Hall of Fame which he takes great pride in this honor.
